Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address after your return is approved.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, clean and free of pet hair, with their original packaging and all included parts. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. When we confirm the issue, you will not be responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
